All Dunieschenke dogs go through rigorous testing before they're considered for breeding. Helmut Rinas makes it his
policy to only breed a dog that has attained a Schutzhund III, passed the FH (tracking), and has scored very well on the
HD (which tests for hip dysplasia by examining an x-ray, comparable to the American OFA Certified). In addition to that,
his dogs usually place near the top in the show ring, pass temperment and endurance tests without a problem, and react well
to new situations. All of Helmut's puppies are registered at birth with the Verein fur Deutsche Schaeferhunde, have an
identifying tattoo in the right ear, and are guaranteed against any genetic related problems.
His matured dogs all have a wonderful stride in the show ring and display a strong, full bite in protection work. At home,
the dogs are perfectly content to be in a kennel or in the house playing with children. The sheer intelligence of these
purebred shepherds is amazing. With such an experienced breeder, it's no wonder Helmut's dogs are so highly intelligent,
genetically sound, world champion show dogs, yet still good with kids.
Dunieschenke dogs live all over the world including Spain, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, and South Africa.
